How can I force New Message cursor to start in bcc field
I'm researching something for a friend that frequntly emails using numerous
distribution lists. Desire is to have ALL emails he sends to DLs be bcc for privacy. Intuitive nature of program places cursor in To field, and he's accidently sent some with names in the clear. Is there an easy way to force the cursor into the bcc field, initially ignoring the other fields? I can see a few ways to start the approach such as: - setting up a second identity and accessing it using a shortcut ---- using a custom template applying only to that shortcut ---- invoking a set of rules applying only to that shortcut ---- identifying distribution lists and allowing them to only go to the bcc field And after that, I'm stuck. He would rather have to click back to the To field if needed when both bcc and To are to be used than accidently not put the DL in bcc. Many years ago I would have used Macro Recorder (W3.1?) and had it follow the mouse clicks. Now I'm out of my league. Suggestions anyone? Please be kind. A script or details would really be appreciated. Sorry, no version details available. |
