Default How to force from field on each email

Hello, I'm trying to find a way to always force new and replied email
to be from a "common" address. I have a request from a client to
always have all emails from each employee to appear that they are from
a distribution group. Therefore, I'm looking for some type of registry
setting to force the "from" field for each email. We can create a smtp
sink event on the Exchange server, but this does not resolve internal
email routing.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Jeff
