There is no macro recorder for Outlook, you have to write VBA code from
scratch.

There's also no way to set up what you want without a custom form unless you
use SendKeys
and send tab characters to the open item when it first gets activated, a
total hack that's never guaranteed to work correctly.

You could use a custom form that places the Bcc field above the To and Cc
fields and set the tab index for the Bcc field to 0 so it's the first field
that gets focus. To do that you'd need to move down the existing To and Cc
fields and use the Field Chooser with all mail fields set to drag the Bcc
field to the form. Then set the tab indexes of the Bcc and other fields so
Bcc is first. Then publish the form and let the user select that form when
desired.

Many years ago I would have used Macro Recorder (W3.1?) and had it follow
the mouse clicks. Now I'm out of my league.

Suggestions anyone? Please be kind.
