Hi
Outlook 2003 is being rolled out across the company I work for and a custom form created in 2000 no longer works. The error message "Could not install the custom actions" is displayed when trying to open the form. I found a hotfix for a similar sounding problem (although that was regarding forms that were created in 2002 rather than 2000) which was released as part of the Outlook 2003 post- Service Pack 2 hotfix package: January 23, 2006. Our desktop team installed the fix and made the registry entry but it did not fix the problem. Are there any new fixes for this or a different fix for forms created in Outlook 2000? Regards, Adam |
