Form problem after upgrade from 2000 to 2003

Hi

Outlook 2003 is being rolled out across the company I work for and a
custom form created in 2000 no longer works.

The error message "Could not install the custom actions" is displayed
when trying to open the form. I found a hotfix for a similar sounding
problem (although that was regarding forms that were created in 2002
rather than 2000) which was released as part of the Outlook 2003 post-
Service Pack 2 hotfix package: January 23, 2006. Our desktop team
installed the fix and made the registry entry but it did not fix the
problem.

Are there any new fixes for this or a different fix for forms created
in Outlook 2000?

Regards,

Adam

It is likely that some of the objects in the 2003 OOM (Outlook Object
Model) are named differently or are accessed differently that was done
in the 2000 OOM. You need to read your code and make corrections.

I don't know of any new fixes for this specific issue, although SP3 is out. You might want to try the steps described at http://www.outlookcode.com/threads.a...messageid=3425.
