How do i update my contact list by email them all- get a reponse b

Update Contact List???? Microsoft Office Outlook How do i email everyone that
has an email address in my contacts to ask if they can update their
information and send me back that information.

Add them all to a new distribution list and email to all of them?
Mail merge? Are we talking a lot or a few?

Or use one of those annoying services... like www.plaxo.com
