Default Bounced back messages.... can I avoid?

Hello...

I sent an email via Outlook to the hundreds of Members of my website. Many
came back undeliverable.

Is there any way to avoid this? Can Outlook be set to sent them one at a
time so as to avoid them being perceived as "Bulk" or "Spam"??

Dean
