"Can't open this item" Error Message
I created a customer list (modified Outlook's contact form) that can be

Yes - It contains around 1600 contacts. Occassionally, one of the contacts
in the folder will display the subject message and I can't figure out what would cause that to happen. Perhaps because it is a public folder, it is an Exchange issue. Have you asked in the Exchange newsgroups? -- Brian Tillman
