Word question, not Outlook.
To learn about ways to control how an Address is inserted into Word from Outlook, take a look he Word 2000/2002: http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/insword.htm http://support.microsoft.com/default...;en-us;q134901 Word 2003/2007: http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Thing One" wrote in message ... When entering a new contact, even though I am using the suffix box to enter "Esq.", "Jr.", "M.D." etc., to appear after the first and last name, when the address is inserted into a document there is no comma before the suffix. The address will insert thusly: John Smith Esq. rather than John Smith, Esq. Thank you for any suggestions! |
