Outlook 2007 - Need comma before suffix in name
When entering a new contact, even though I am using the suffix box to
enter "Esq.", "Jr.", "M.D." etc., to appear after the first and last name, when the address is inserted into a document there is no comma before the suffix. The address will insert thusly: John Smith Esq. rather than John Smith, Esq. Thank you for any suggestions! |
