Outlook 2007 - Need comma before suffix in name

When entering a new contact, even though I am using the suffix box to
enter "Esq.", "Jr.", "M.D." etc., to appear after the first and last
name, when the address is inserted into a document there is no comma
before the suffix. The address will insert thusly:

John Smith Esq.

rather than

John Smith, Esq.

Thank you for any suggestions!

Word question, not Outlook.
To learn about ways to control how an Address is inserted into Word from
Outlook, take a look he
Word 2000/2002:
