Forward Distribution List to other user
I'm now using Outlook 2007. In the 2003 version we could send other people a
distribution list by going up to Actions and Forward. THe other person could then open it and drag the list into Contacts. A friend just sent me some lists she created in 2003 and when I open it there's nothing there. I tried just dragging the attachment over like I'm used to doing, but the only thing there is the info on the person sending it----NO actual list....Do any of you have any ideas on this? Oh, btw---I tried doing a Save As and it saves as an "outlook item".....not as a pst or any other definitive extension indicating a Contact item. I really need these emails----any help you can give will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!
