I am able to forward distribution lists to other folks on campus. When I try
to send a list to someone outside the company, the attachment is blank when they open it. I try to open it before i send the list and it works just fine. Why must I select 2 lists to attach to light up the copy function on the shortcut menu? |

To send a DL you must be sending to other Outlook users. Do not forward it.
Attach it as an Outlook item to an RTF message. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Maggie D" Maggie wrote in message ... I am able to forward distribution lists to other folks on campus.
