When I create a distribution list in Outlook 2003 (using Exchange 2003), the
name of the members do not appear. Instead, their email addresses appear twice; once in the name field and once in the email address field. It is very difficult for me to identify who is who. Why is this happening and is there a way to show the members' names as well as their email addresses? Thanks. |
