2 colleagues sharing contacts with exchange
Hi,
We are 2 colleagues using Outlook 2003 at work with exchange server. We have a lot of customers with contact details which we would like to share. We are synchronizing our phones with the laptops/exchange as well. How can we set up shared contacts without sharing the main "contact" on our account? If I set up a new data file with contacts it will not "synchronize" with the main "contact" list for my account and does not subsequently get into my phones list.
