You can create a distribution list or group in your Contacts folder and just
add people to it either as email addresses or other contacts. Best practice of the day: Don't mass forward email, though, it typically gets treated as Junk Mail "Binoy" wrote in message ... I have always had gmail/yahoo and it was very easy. You just create group and ad people. Know in Outlook 2007, it is way too complicated for me. Basically, when people forward me cool emails I want to just type in the name of the group and email it to all of the people in the group, so I don't have to type in all the individual names. I am sure this is possible, can someone just "walk me throught" how to do it step by step? Thanks in advance ![]() |
