Default OUTLOOK and the missing WAB.DLL

I have just loaded Office2000 Premium SR-1 on Vista Home Premium.
When clicking on the "To:" in Outllook I get and error message suggesting
the WAB.DLL cannot be found.

I have searched Microsoft and they suggest renaming the wab32.dll from
Outlook Express. (which I dont have on Visa).
They also suggest loading it from either Win95 or Win98.....

Lastly, I am running the 64bit OS

bring ourself up to speed with Vista....more cash outlay.....and just when I
get used to the new stuff MS will bring the new OS platform using NT7 to tie
in with the digital TV switch in February.......thats for the support
friend...take care....

Wrong.
Your problem has to do with the fact that you are using IMO mode of Outlook
2000. If you were using the full version of Outlook you could still get it
to run.
I find it incomprehensible that you would expect an application to run on an
OS when that application preceded the OS by nearly a decade.
