i have reinstalled ms office on my new computer and when i try to set up
outlook and get import my *.pst and i get an error that says it can't find
the DAB.dll file. How can i fix?

When I ran a quick Google search I found many articles on the
dab.dll. All of them point to a possible Trojan infection on your
machine.

Do you use an up-to-date Anti-Virus program?
Have you run a scan on your machine recently?

If you do not use protection, you may want to go to Trend's
site and use a free tool called "HouseCall". This program
will scan your computer for any unwanted programs you
may have picked up unknowingly.

Your other posts promted the response that you should run a virus scan, did
you?
Your version of Office and the o/s might help.
It wasnt a WAB error was it?

Never import from a PST. It's unnecessary and you will lose data.
