What we're telling you is that no one has ever seen this or reported it
before. Can you provide any more details? Are you using any custom forms or
add-ins for example? Did you make any other changes to your configuration?

It is a custom form. Someone at your company has changed it. Ask them to
change it back to the way you like it.

Dear all,

Sorry for the late reply. This outlook is in my home laptop. I never
create/install any form before. I dont even know how to create new form. I
normally just update program via windows update.

As for configuration wise i never change anything beside create pop account
to send and receive via gmail.

I already check the outlook and i dont find any custom form or macro
installed.

Thanks & Regards
Kun

Since you already checked the thread, why don't you tell us what it said and
why you think it is relevant to Outlook 2007 SP1 instead of sending us off
to do it?
