Can I tell Outlook to NOT put all 3 email addresses in the To: section? Does
Outlook have an option to choose which email address I want to use? |

Well here's what happening, the autofill is not synonomous with the address
book so when I search for a contact using the search bar next to the address book button on Outlook 2007 I find Jason but Jason isn't in the address book or in autofill (nk2 file). So I click email from the contact full view and all three of his email go into the to vs. letting me choose which one I want to sent to. thanks for helping. Hi Brian:
I did Milly's "Alt+K" and is seemed to work and just did your "Ctrl+K" and it solved the Jason autofill issue. Yahoo! It also put Jason in the address book I may post a video on how I solved these issues. THANKS, Milly & Brian! Darrell P.S. I still wish Outlook didn't insert all emails in the To: field when I click email under the communicate section of the ribbon is that just the way it is or is there a fix so I select which email I want to send to? The "Outook ADdress Book is mere;y a view of your Contacts folders. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
