Default Respond to designated email addresses, not personal addresses

I regularly correspond with 50 individuals who want me to respond to one
particular email address for each, however they email me from several
different personal email addresses. These "other than the official" email
addresses then get saved automatically, appearing as a choice when I begin to
send new emails. With so many, I have to check what their official email
address is each time I correspond. I also have to remember not to reply to
an originating email address, when sent from an unofficial email.

Is there any way to limit Outlook to using only the addresses that I have
saved in Contacts for each individual, and not even show me the upteen other
addresses these folks correspond with me from?

I've looked in the tutorials and searched in the Help section, but I must
not be selecting the right prompts!
Thank you!

Sure. Just turn off autocompletion and use only autoresolution or your
address book view to select recipients. If you don't know the difference,
