Contact assignment in Tasks or Appointments
Can I configure which contact addressbook of file is assigned to the contact
button at the bottom of both the Task and/or Appointment dialogue?

I think it always defaults to the Contacts folder in your default message

Does that mean then, that if my organization has many existing contact lists
organized for my use, I will have to bring each of the desired contacts from how ever many lists into my personal contact store for access in my personal Task and Calendar?
