It is my job to add new contacts or change contact information and then
forward it to co-workers so that they can update their contact information. If I "forward as a v-card," the information is not correct--the categories are omitted and the format for "File as" field is not the same as what I sent. If I use the "Forward" command, when the contact is an update of one that the recipient already has in their contact list, it just adds it but does not give the option of replacing it so they end up with duplicates. What is the solution? |
