Is it possible to have the address, city, state, and zip stay the same as
contacts are entered to cut down the amount of typing to enter duplicate info. The names are different but many of my contacts have the same street, city, etc. Thanks. |

You can try using the "New Contact from Same Company" command on the Actions
menu when you're in the Contacts folder. "Jim" wrote in message ...
