Russ,
Eventually they need to appear in Word 2003 for producing address labels using an Avery template, however, I think that might be asking too much, so I'd like to get them into Excel or Access prior to getting them into Word. Regards, Martin "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote in message ... Clarify to what format you need these Contacts exported. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Martin Ibbotson" wrote in message ... Hi! I'm using Outlook 2003 with Windows XP Prof (SP2). Is there anyway I can export a subset of my contacts? I have contacts categorised in many ways, and I'd like to export the names and addresses of my colleagues (Category - Colleagues) and not my friends and family. It appears to me that I can only export the whole of my contacts and then I'd have to mess around in another piece of software (probably Excel) to delete everyone who is not a colleague. It sounds like a lot of work Any thoughts? Many thanks.... Martin |
