Contacts folder shows as an Address Book but no Contacts show up
Hi,
I have a client that is using Outlook 2000 with an Exchange 2000 server. One user has their Contacts folder selected to show as an email address book. I click on To in a new message and choose Contacts from the drop down box but no Contacts show in the box. They do appear in the Contacts folder. I have removed the Outlook Address Book and then recreated it in the users Outlook profile shutting down and reopening Outlook after each change. I have created a new profile for the user. I have opened her mailbox on a different computer also using Outlook 2000 and have gotten the same results. ANy help with this problem would be appreciated. Thanks Deanna
