Hi All
We just have a new distribution group created, but for some users in remote sites can not see this group in Global Address list if their Outlook 2003 in using cache mode. They can see this group in All contact. Does someone have any idea how to make it availabe for all user in Global Address list or any MS article recommanded? Thanks and Regards Henry |

I am having a very similar problem at present, where by most users (including
newly created users) can not use their own personal contacts list through the global address book facility. Contacts are stored in the contacts section of outlook, and do appear on OWA etc however when ever attempting to go through adding a contact to a new message through the address book - the 'contacts' item doesn't appear and this is becoming increasingly frustrating. Any ideas would be great. I see other posts with similar problems to this. I added new users to AD
using the Exchange Users and Computers tool, creating their email addresses and mailbox. The new user names are not listed on the Global Address List in Outlook, but if you search the list for their username, it is found. Exchange 2003 SP2, Outlook 2003 on XP SP2. Why won't Microsoft respond to the problem in repeated posts?
