I would like to put all of my contact folders in one list and be able to
access them -sending emails - from this central list. Is this possinble? thank you frank |

Yes - you can use a single Contacts Folder. If you have many at present,
select all people in the folder and drag them to the single folder you wish to keep. Then delete each of your extra folders (which are now empty). You can use Categories for Contacts rather than a lot of folders.
