I constantly cut and paste email content into the Contact record for that
individual. I am looking for an add-in, macro or utility to do this automatically. That is, when I have an email open, I would like this macro to automatically look-up the Contact, copy the content of the email into the Contact General Tab's note box, date it, and eliminate all of the blank lines. This allows me to keep a running chronology of all correspondence with each Contact in the most obvious and convenient place. I do not want to use the Activities tab which is extremely, extremly slow and cumbersome. Does anyone know if this exists? Thanks, Mike |
