have a newsletter mailing list that want to share within organization.

Hi Joe,
with or without Exchange server? If you are using Exchange, you can give permissions to the other users on this folder. http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/as...134811033.aspx without Exchange, you will need a 3rd party utilitie: ZDNet UK recommend this tool: http://reviews.zdnet.co.uk/software/...0004529,00.htm and a list of a list of third-party sharing tools is also on this site: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm -- Oliver Vukovics Share Outlook without Exchange: Public ShareFolder Share your contacts, calendars or e-mails http://www.publicshareware.com "InJun_Joe2006" schrieb im Newsbeitrag ... have a newsletter mailing list that want to share within organization. Under "Contacts," I have a folder named "Contacts" that has several
distribution lists in it. I want to share just one distribution list and not all of them. Can I share just one, or do I need to create another folder and share the whole folder?
