Default Experiencing insufficient space for Rules; need more space, HOW?

I have any number of stores that I require to have automatically placed into
their respective folders; unfortunately, I am receiving the above error that
is restricting my being able to have them all being redirected.
Can anyone tell me what the limit on allowable Rules is, and if there is a
way to increase this space?
Thanks.
