A strange issue.
We're running exchange 2003 with outlook 2003 on the client side. Every now and again when opening the address book all of the address books are missing. All that is available is Global and Personal. There should be several other, one for our Seattle location and one for our Portland location. Closing and starting outlook on the client side will bring the contacts back. This is the only solution we have thus far. A more permanent solution would be preferred. Any information would be a big help. The machines we see this on a Dell GX150 P3 1GHz 512MB RAM Windows XP Pro SP2 and Win2k SP4 Office 2003 SP1 |
