In Outlook 2003, it is difficult to tell whether an individual contact is
already part of a distribution list or not. It would be nice to have a tab or field in the contact record that shows membership in existing distribution lists. It would be even more ideal to be able to change membership in distribution lists from the contact record, even create new distribution lists. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
