Please Help…
I imported a list of 4000 + names in a new contact folder named florida realtors and when it transferd, an indefinite amount of blank names copied. This file is not letting Outlook function. I am trying to delete that file without opening the program. Do you know where that information saves??? Can I delete that folders content in that folder called Florida Realtors??? Thank you for your time, PB |

Bad news. All Outlook data is stored in the same file. Sounds like you
managed to corrupt your one and only Outlook data file. You should never attempt to delete Outlook's default data file. Do you back up your data? The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored. Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook data backup or transfer: http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm http://www.howto-outlook.com/Howto/backupandrestore.htm http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...771141033.aspx -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "PBMax" wrote in message ...
