unable to create appointment in outlook 2003
When I try to create an appointment in Outlook 2003, I receive the error
message that the form required is not available. This stopped temporarily when I downloaded Outlook Live, but started again. I have downloaded all updates on Microsoft.com for Office Outlook, but still receive this error message.
