Default Set up archive folder on local drive

Good morning --

Like most corporate servers, our organization has limits on mailbox size so
I'm regularly purging it. I'd like to set up a folder on my local drive to
which I can move things (hopefully, by rule) that I want to save.

Is that possible? If so, how?

Thanks in advance.

Click on Help and look for "create a personal folders file"
