I have an email distribution folder set-up in Outlook that contains about 50
different contacts. I would like to be able to link this folder to one on the network drive so I can update one source rather than have to go to individual PCs each time a change is made....and yes I have Public Folders in Outlook but the computer police will not give me permission to make changes in this folder. |
