Default Where's the "Leave Messages on Server" Option?

When I used Outlook 2003, I selected the option to leave the messages on the
Yahoo server without downloading anything to my computer. I recently upgraded
to Outlook 2007 and can't seem to find that option. I did, however, find the
"Leave a copy of messages on the server" (or something like that). Every post
I've read regarding leaving messages on server instructs the OP to check
"Leave Messages on Server". Where is this option?

Thanks,
Chris

If you don't want to download anything to the computer, don't set up the
account in outlook. Otherwise you need to enable the option to leave message
on server, to avoid cleaning off the yahoo server.
