Outlook 2003 shuts down immediately

I have installed Office Prof 2003. Now everything works except OUTLOOK 2003.
It starts and immediately shuts down. I have tried reinstalling and
repairing. Outlook Express works but that won't work with my pda.
Does anyone know how to fix this? I have tried renaming outcmd.dat and
outlook.srs. Now new outlook.srs are created as outlook~1.srs I'm at a loss.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried creating a new mail profile?
