Somehow my address book either got deleted or is being locked by another
program. Is there a way to find out which program may have locked it? I
have been through online support and they have given me every fix in their
book and it still isn't fixed. I have tried editing the registry,
re-downloading the software, everything. Please help!!!

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
