How do I fix the security problem- outlook and attachments? Can't.

How do I fix the security problem- outlook and attachments? Can't.
Outlook never prevents you from sending executable files. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup/getexe.htm for steps you can take to be able to receive them.
