For quite some time, I've been under the impression that Outlook 2003 tends to ignore that setting, but I just tried it again and found that it was working. Combine that with the "Hide when Minimized" option and you can get a fairly stealthy Outlook startup. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

It doesn't ignore it as long as you don't close Outlook in a Maximized
state. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more http://www.msoutlook.info/ Real World Questions, Real World Answers ----- "Brian Tillman" wrote in message ...
