Default Outlook 2003: Automatically display "other calendars" on startup

I want to leave the check marks in the boxes in "other calendars" when I
close Outlook 2003 and have them still be checked when I open it again. Does
anyone know how to accomplish this?

Outlook doesn't support it but others use windows scripts or macros that
send keystrokes to the calendar to reselect them.
