Can OL 2007 be configured to automatically attach a vcard to all "NEW"
outbound emails? I saw an option to include a "business card" in my signature, but nothing on my above referenced question. Above I use the work "NEW" as I don't want the vcard attached to replies etc. Thank you- asf |

You can configure a separate signature for New mails and Replies and
Forwards. Simply create one with and without a vcf-file and assign them accordingly. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more http://www.msoutlook.info/ Real World Questions, Real World Answers ----- "asf66" wrote in message ... Thanks Robert. Follow up question- Is there a way to configure the OL to
attach the vcard without placing a "business card" next to my signature? Thanks again. "Roady [MVP]" wrote: You can configure a separate signature for New mails and Replies and Forwards. Yes, that picture is auto-generated when you select a vcf-card to insert. As
it is just a picture you can select it and press Delete. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more http://www.msoutlook.info/ Real World Questions, Real World Answers ----- "asf66" wrote in message ... Thanks Roady. Seems like a pretty paleolithic method considering how
automated OL is. Again, thanks for your help. asf66 "Roady [MVP]" wrote: Yes, that picture is auto-generated when you select a vcf-card to insert. You're welcome! :-)
Just to be clear, you removed it from the signature design, right? Not delete it in each and every e-mail that your write with that signature? ;-) -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more http://www.msoutlook.info/ Real World Questions, Real World Answers ----- "asf66" wrote in message ...
