Default Upgrade Outlook 2003 to outlook 2007

I have Outlook2003 installed and used on my old machine. I have now installed
Outlook 2007 on my new computer. The computers are networked together, both
running XP Professional version 2002 SP2.
How do I transfer everything - email accounts, .pst file, archives etc -
simply and accurately please?

Posted here daily. Do not try to transfer account settings. Create the
accounts yourself in the new profile.
To transfer data, the file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst)
It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.

Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook data backup or transfer:
http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm
http://www.howto-outlook.com/Howto/backupandrestore.htm

Rules should transfer with the PST if you were using Outlook 2003. You
simply need to reset them to your current PST file. You can also export them
to an RWZ file if you prefer. Safe Senders List can easily be exported.
Blocked Senders List isn't worth the trouble.
