Default dual boot and outlook 2007

I have winxpsp2 installed with office 2007. I just installed Vista as a dual
boot and installed office on its drive.

Is it possible to share all mail, contacts, and calendar between the 2 OSes?
Maybe, point the vista install to the directories for outlook on the winxp
drive?
