A new employee has asked for the pst file from his old company to be added to
his OL2003. When the users has administrator rights the new folder opens fine but when the user has normal permissions, the new folder is there, but will not expand. Checking the properties of the pst file it says Compressible Encryption. There does not appear to be a password on the file. Any help would be appreciated. |

Use the Administrator account to grant full permission of this file to the normal account and then have the normal account take ownership of it. -- Brian Tillman |
