Default How do I prevent Outlook inserting line breaks in a plain text?

It never used to!!! I noticed that converting to HTML resolves the issue,
but I don't want to send in HTML... Plain text does not allow for ANY
formatting of text, but it is wrapping my lines anyway! This is a new
FEATURE of Outlook 2003?
