Default Does deleting e-mail account delete the account from my computer?

Can you clarify what you're asking? Outlook shouldn't be trying to do
anything if it's not running...

When I opened Outlook it kept logging on to my ISP (or trying to-my ISP
wouldn't recognize my password when sent from Outlook, Outlook Express
connects just fine) so I kept getting "Unable to Connect" messages every few
minutes.
Since I first wrote I've been able to keep Outlook from trying to connect
by disabling the Send/Receive function. I'd still like to know if I delete my
e-mail account from the Outlook "E-mail Accounts" box, will my accounts be
deleted altogther from my computer?
