Search your system for all files with a .PST extension. Your data will be in
one of those files (usually it will be named outlook.pst, and you can use the file date as a guide). Once you find it, open it in Outlook using File | Open. Note: If you're using Windows 2000 or XP, you'll need to search within hidden folders to find all existing .PST files. -- Jocelyn Fiorello MVP - Outlook *** Messages sent to my e-mail address will NOT be answered -- please reply only to the newsgroup to preserve the message thread. *** "Mendel kaplan" wrote: Help I lost everything in outlookby going to the help toolbar and restoring the factory defaults then the computer reconfigured the system.
