OK - I have looked at the registry and am really concerned that I'm going to
delete the wrong file when I'm looking for the ghosts. I don't understand
which file/key to delete. I can find the 2 keys (one is larger than the
other - there are more listings) but I just don't know about doing this -
what does it mean to find all 3 keys?
Thanks in advance for assistance. And yes, it's Outlook 2003 on WinXP.
